I'm thinking about renaming...
Apr. 22nd, 2007 10:15 pmNow that I have a "studio" name that I like, and still like after using it for a little while -- Icefall Press -- I'm considering doing some name-swapping on my LJs.
This one would be renamed to laylalawlor, since it's my personal journal and it's not as if anyone doesn't know who I am.
The one which is currently laylalawlor -- the community -- would be renamed to icefallpress. In my mind, this would better reflect the way I use it: it's not my personal journal, but my journal for writing and art-related stuff. And I would like to work on making it a more active writing/creative journal; I think right now people are hampered by the fact that it *looks* like a private journal due to the name. (Also, posting in a journal called "laylalawlor" as a user named "glacierdust" just feels downright weird to me. It would be SO MUCH LESS WEIRD the other way around.)
