Dodged the bullet

Yesterday morning we woke up to find that it was -20F and the water pump had frozen up. Brrr! But it thawed quickly with swift application of heat, and this morning it's warmed all the way up to a relatively balmy 0 (F). Winter is definitely here.

Today I'm skipping Midnight Sun again to finish the Raven's Children book and get the Monday Kismet page colored. By the end of today, I plan to have the RC book ready to go, so that I can actually work on other stuff again. I don't know why I always forget how much time these things take...
