Life would be easier if I weren't a FREAKING IDIOT

Went in to work because I had a few things that needed to be finished up over the weekend. While I was here, I was going to print out the pages of my 24-hour mini comic so I can *finally* get copies made and sent to everybody I promised copies to. Got my work done. And realized that I don't have the comic disk. I thought I'd left it at work last week. Apparently, I actually took it home.

Now I'm stuck here, 'cause I had the husband drop me off en route to run his other errands, and he won't be back to pick me up for a half-hour or so. And I STILL don't have the pages printed. Groan.

I guess I could actually ... get some more work done or something.

Did that national 24-hour comic thing happen already?! My school did something like that before the 'national' one, so Im stuck in a crazy 24-hour comic time warp of confusion.

Well, depends on what you mean ... there have been a number of these events organized lately. The "big" one that I know about happens on April 24. This one that I did was for a smaller one organized by the gals and guys on the Sequential Tart (http://www.sequentialtart.com/cgi-bin/community/Ultimate.cgi) message boards.

Is the April 24th one the Scott McCloud McHow-ever-you-spell-his-name is organizing?
