All the spaceships in Kismet look like flying Winnebagos. In fact, I don't seem to be capable of designing a spaceship that doesn't look like a flying Winnebago.

I like to think that it's just the 27th century aesthetic, which considers short and boxy the height of cool. Yeah. That's it.

This bit of randomocity brought to you by my attempts to design a ship for Jude's gun runners that looks like something other than a flying bus, and failing miserably.

But new Kismet pages will begin updating on Dec. 1!

I don't know, I think all spaceships should have a passing resemblance to an airstream trailer(especially the 60's vintage ones).

Yeah, me too. Robert McCall used to do nice ones like that when he wasn't doing illustrations for NASA.

Hmm, good point! :D I actually do like sci-fi stuff that emulates older designs; I think it's the same part of me that likes steampunk.
