Good thing I didn't have anything irreplacable in there
My web host has been bugging me for months that the Wordpress installation I've been using to post Kismet fiction (don't get alarmed, there's nothing new and hasn't been for ages) is out of date and a potential security hole. So I finally stopped being lazy and hit the button to upgrade. Naturally, when I did this it blew away all the customization that I'd done on the previous installation, including custom graphics and tags.
AAAUGH.
Well, the whole Wordpress thing was an experiment anyway. I'm thinking about going back to the drawing board and just posting the Kismet stories as plain ol' HTML, like I used to do. All that Wordpress managed to do for me was inundate me with a never-ending deluge of spam anyway.
In fact ... as I'm currently done with Freebird (LAST PAGE UPLOADED! YAY!) and I'll be quite busy the next two weeks with freelance work, perhaps I'll work on the website today.
